To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping and delivery charges .The charges are based on the weight and size of the product, and the destination to which it is being delivered. You will be able to know the delivery charges when you place your order.
Delivery Timeline:
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The delivery timeline depends on various factors, including the destination, the weight and size of the product, and the delivery option you choose. For orders within Nairobi, we aim to deliver within 1-12 hours of order completion. For orders outside Nairobi, We strive to dispatch your order within a maximum of 2 business days. You can also specify a preferred delivery date when placing your order. However, please allow additional time for delivery, which depends on the courier’s transit times.
Pick-up Stations:
We offer two delivery options: doorstep delivery via courier service or in-person pick up from designated drop-off centers. You can choose the delivery option that best suits your needs.
