Our Refund and Return Policies For Damaged Products Upon Delivery

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at sales@smartboards.co.ke  with details of the product and the defect. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue. 

Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged or faulty product by contacting our Customer Support team at +254751 626 694 or sales@smartboards.co.ke.

Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the return process. You may be required to provide photographs or videos to illustrate the damage or fault.

Return Shipping: We will arrange for the return shipping of the damaged or faulty product at no cost to you.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds for Undelivered Products: If you have made a payment, but you haven’t received your product within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), please follow these steps: Contact Us: Notify us by contacting our Sales team at +254 751 626 694.

Exchanges

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us or visit us in our warehouse with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Resolution: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the fault falls within the warranty coverage, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Important Notes: Please retain all original packaging and documentation for returns and refunds.
Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process after the returned item is received and inspected.
Smart Boards reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if the product is found to be in good working condition, has been misused, or the warranty period has expired.
